Two of my boilers in different locations were recently tuned up by one of their techs name Travis-688. He was a true professional, humble and pleasant throughout and took pride on the job he did. He even found an issue with one the flutes which was causing the boiler to soot, and he repaired it with no questions asked and I commend and Mr. Travis for a job well done. Employees like Mr. Travis is hard to find, and Wallace Energy is lucky to have him. I will from now on request Mr. Travis to tune up my boilers on all my accounts.
