I rarely write reviews, but I feel the need to share when good customer service comes my way. By good customer service, I mean a person to person interaction of the service needed while have a balance of human interaction, while needs were addressed, listening was engaging and results were performed. How can I say it?? Kim or as she may be known as Kimberly, walks the walk and talks the talk in representing her true self as she professionally represents the company.
